The Choirboys, Supposedly joke adventures of LA. Cops who alleviate work pressures by bawdy doings. This is a Foul-mouthed, foul-minded, heavy handed movie from story by Joseph Wambaugh, who disavowed this failure. Cast includes Charles Durning, Louis Gossett, Jr., Perry Baron, Clyde Kusatsu, Stephen Macht, Tim McIntire, Randy Quaid, Don Stroud, and James Woods. (119 minutes, 1977)

The Curse of the Cat People - Follow-up to Cat People builds outstanding setting in tale of poor little gal who brings up vision of Simon, her dad's odd first spouse. Bodeen Prudent's prompting debut and is additionally obtainable in pc-colored rendition Hex of the Red Altar. Police officer Garner attempts to unravel massacre of pregnant woman, with fearsome Doberman pinscher figuring prominently. Not poor, though a disappointment. Cast includes James Garner, Katharine Ross, Hal Holbrook, Harry Guardino, June Allyson, Peter Lawford, and Ann Rutherford. (97 minutes, 1972)

All About My Mother - While a woman loses her child, she goes back to Barcelona, renews a concealed kinship with a transvestite friend, who unsuspectingly the child's father. Pedro Almodovar directed this film and it is his most heartrending motion picture to date-more earnest than most, although not without his trademark wit and differentiated by exceptional behaviors all around. Cast includes Cecilia Roth, Marisa Paredes, Penelope Cruz, Antonia San Juan, Candela Pena, and Eloy Azorin. (101 minutes, 1999)

Uncle Buck, Cindy Russell has to go to see her ill dad. Her only choice for someone to look after her kids is wonderful old Uncle Buck. Irresponsible Buck has to somehow pull himself together and take care of the youngsters for a couple of days.

Seize the Day - Williams is momentous as Tommy Wilhelm, turning 40 and a disappointment by any standard, he is broke, damaged and hopeless for love. Wiseman and Stiller offer fine assistance as his cold hearted dad and a con man he naively believes in. Lots of familiar faces in tiny roles - Tony Roberts, Richard Shull, John Fiedler, Jo Van Fleet, William Hickey, Eileen Heckart, and numerous others. Cast includes Robin Williams, Joseph Wiseman, Jerry Stiller, and Glenne Headly. (93 minutes, 1986)

Kill or Be Killed, Karate champions lock limbs as ex-Nazi instructor wants payback contrary to Japanese counterpart who defeated him in a contest throughout WW2. This is a cut above the characteristic martial arts fodder. Cast includes James Ryan, Norman Combes, Charlotte Michelle, and Danie DuPlessis. (90 minutes, 1980)

Marie Antoinette - Tale on life of famed 18th-century French monarch has remarkable Morgan in title role although requires point of view and scope. Cast includes Michele Morgan, Richard Todd, and Jean Morel. (105 minutes, 1955)

The Bourne Ultimatum, In the third motion picture of the succession, Jason Bourne is still being hunted by those who had trained him into the ultimate assassin that he is. Having lost his memory when almost being killed, Bourne is retracing his past to try to recognize who he was, and why everybody wants him dead. All his skills are put to the test, as the C.I.A. is unyielding in its effort to have him eliminated. Starring Matt Damon and Julia Stiles.

Sing, You Sinners, Wagering Crosby couldn't face responsibility, regardless of jabbing his sibling MacMurray. Three siblings with dissimilar interests have a singing act. Can the other two brothers save the day when the gambling sibling bets on a "sure thing"?
