Michael [ WACKO] Jackson's Monthly Expenses.......
If you are reading FoxNews.com then you have seen that Michael Jackson's monthly expenses while living and up keeping the Neverland Ranch, was costing the celeb almost $2.5 million a month to maintain. All of this for a mansion, some carnival rides, and a zoo? I "can see" where he was coming from...NOT!!!!
The featured article from FoxNews.com reported "Michael Jackson left behind $400 million worth of debt". Many are asking how Michael Jackson could run up such debt? He owned a long list of valuable items. He owned the Beatles music collection. He was still receiving royalties from "Thriller". Yet, he still managed to run up $400 million in debt.
Michael Jackson own shopping habits were a problem. FoxNews.com reported finding 75 cars registered under his name. Many celebrities love cars; however, many celebrities are also still working. Michael Jackson had not put out a significant piece of music since 1997.
It has been reported that Michael Jackson's household expenses totaled over $300,000. Documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court detailed spending of $95,700 on gardening, security costs of $51,900, zoo/amusement park upkeep of $66,200, and housekeeping/PR expenses of $60,200. That is just Michael Jackson's housekeeping expenses.
Michael's personal expenses were just as astonishing. Property/personal insurance cost him $120,000. Gifts alone cost him $42,600. Medical needs also took a large chunk of money ($25,600). He did skimp when it came to entertainment, spending only $100 a month. Michael Jackson reportedly spent $475,200 on MJJ Productions and Optimum Productions. Curious, since he had not released a major piece of work since 1997. Monetary figures were used from FoxNews.com.
Overall, it would cost $2,339,300 to live the life of Michael Jackson for just one month. And that would likely put anyone in debt."
While my degree in Accounting is yet to be official, I can still add and subtract. Almost $30 million a year just up keeping the Neverland Ranch? Are you serious? This does not even include his other guilty pleasures. Plastic surgery, anesthesia, narcotic pain pills, underage slumber parties, and the cost of lawyers to fight off "child molestation charges." When you start racking up more bills then your total combined income, you will eventually find yourself in debt. I think Suze Orman would agree with me on this.
So, R.I.P. MJ, and stay away from the "Little Angels. - 18423
