Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban: Mysteries and adventure abound in this Harry Potter film. It is Harry's third year at the Hogwart School of Magic. A prisoner has escaped Azkaban prison. It is Sinus Black, the man Harry thinks killed his parents. It won't be until the end of the school year before Harry learns the real truth about Sinus Black.
Eragon: Eragon is poor young boy trying to help keep his family fed. When he finds a shiny blue stone he thinks it might bring food to the tables. The stone turns out to be an egg, a dragon egg. Eragon and this dragon were destined to be together. Now they will go on great adventures together.
Prom Night: Three years after a homicidally compulsive professor Schaech killed her clan, a pleasant high-school kid, Sleet is stalked by an unwanted admirer on the day of her senior pro minutes. A nominal redo of the post-Halloween horror film, this more "superior" adolescent-skewing thriller depends on limited visual bloodshed to maintain anticipation. Cast includes Nelson McCormick. Brittany Sleet. Scott Porter, Jessica Stroup, Dana Davis, Collins Pennie, Kelly Blatz, James Ransone, Brianne Davis, ldris Elba, Mary Mara, Ming Ming-Na Wen, Jessalyn Gilsig, Linden Ashby, and Jonathon Schaech. Goodfellas: This movie tells the story of Henry Hill, an Irish-Italian American who grew up around the mafia, becoming involved early on. This movie is based on his true story. His own plight takes him from small time crook, all the way to cocaine dealer and heavy user.
Major League: The Cleveland Indians are just plain bad. This is by design, if the team has bad attendance, the owner can move the team to Miami. This team of misfits is about to surprise everyone.
Shadow of the Thin Man: Notch and Nora probe slaughter at a race track and run into the typical variety of gloomy characters in this agreeable fourth entry in the succession, remarkable for famed future performing professor Stella Adler in a rare film role as a gambler's moll. Look quick for Eva Gardner strolling by an automobile at the race track. Cast includes W. S. Minivan Dyke II, William Powell, Myrna Loy, Barry Nelson, Donna Reed, Sam Levene, and Alan Baxter. (97 minutes, 1941)
XXX: Xander 'XXX' Cage has been brought in by NSA agent Gibbons to help him with an urgent matter. He must help the MSA bring down a Russian crime ring, or face jail time. Agent Gibbons needs an unknown person with incredible skill and talent to get inside the organization. Is XXX the right man for the job?
Cuba Crossing: Hard Whitman gets to be embroiled in a structure to slaughter Fidel Castro. Filmed in Key West, Florida, and a minimum of the landscape is pretty. Cast includes Stuart Whitman, Robert Vaughn, Caren Kaye, Raymond St. Jacques, Woody Strode, Sybil Danning, Albert Salmi, and Michael Gazzo. (90 minutes, 1980)
